Four Auvik Leaders Recognized as CRN’s 2019 Women of the Channel

WATERLOO, ON / May 20, 2019 — CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Auvik Networks’ Chief Marketing Officer Jacqui Murphy, Events Manager Caitlyn McCaughran, Director of Channel Sales Sam Lowe, and Partner Programs Manager Ashley Cooper to its 2019 Women of the Channel list. The leaders on this annual list are selected based on their channel advocacy, professional accomplishments, and contributions to channel growth.

Murphy, who’s recognized on the list for the third consecutive year, leads Auvik’s high-performing marketing and business development teams.

“There are a lot of fabulous women here at Auvik and at last count, women made up 31% of our team—we represent in all areas of the business,” said Jacqui Murphy, Chief Marketing Officer at Auvik. “Auvik takes great pride in its inclusive culture, and our talented team continues to blow me away everyday. Huge thanks to CRN for recognizing the contributions that we’re happily making to help build the IT channel.”

McCaughran, a two-time Women of the Channel honoree, uses her knowledge of the channel to form mutually beneficial relationships with both MSPs and vendors. She has planned and executed more than 90 Auvik sponsorships of channel events, is currently planning the first ever Auvik-hosted conference, and sits on the CompTIA’s Executive Council for the Advancing Women in IT Community.

For the first time, Director of Channel Sales Sam Lowe and Partner Programs Manager Ashley Cooper also represent Auvik on the prestigious list. Lowe is responsible for Auvik’s channel sales, working tirelessly to recruit, onboard, and support the right distribution partners to grow the business worldwide. Cooper, who previously worked at a managed service provider (MSP), has more than a decade of experience in the IT channel, including several years as a moderator for ConnectWise user groups. She works closely with Auvik’s partner success and marketing teams to deliver an outstanding partner experience.

“CRN’s 2019 Women of the Channel list honors influential leaders who accelerate channel growth through mutually-beneficial partnerships, incredible leadership, strategic vision, and unique contributions in their field,” said Bob Skelley, CEO of The Channel Company. “We’re proud to honor their achievements.”

The full 2019 Women of the Channel list is online at www.CRN.com/wotc, and will be featured in the June issue of CRN Magazine.
